The Elf on the Shelf | A Christmas Story! (Present and Past Tense)

This is the story of Snowflake, the elf on the Shelf who lives with two sisters, Paige and Zoe.

Most of the time, Snowflake lives in the living room where there are beautiful decorations.

Every night, she must check that Paige and Zoe are sleeping after their parents send them to bed.

Then, she travels to the north pole because Santa Claus needs daily reports to know which kids are being naughty or nice.

That night, when she tried to go to the North Pole for her final and most important report, Mack wouldn’t let her go.

She tried the window but Mack blocked her way.

Ela tentou a janela mas Mack bloqueou o caminho dela.

She tried the door, and he got there first.

She even tried the fireplace, but it was too hot.

Mack made so much noise chasing Snowflake that it woke up Paige.

She went to Zoe’s room.

You go hold Mack and I’ll open the door for her.

Zoe put a leash on Mack so Paige could open the door.

Snowflake, are you ok?

Mack is just a puppy, he won’t hurt you.

When Snowflake got to the North Pole, she told Santa what had happened.

Quando Snowflake chegou ao Polo Norte, ela contou ao Papai Noel o que tinha acontecido.

Humm… They were awake past their bedtime on Christmas Eve. That is naughty!

Hum... Elas ficaram acordadas depois da hora de dormir na véspera de Natal. Isso é travesso!

But they helped a friend in need. That is a very nice thing to do!
