I’m working at home now, so my daily routine has changed in the last few months.

Estou trabalhando em casa agora, então minha rotina diária mudou nos últimos meses.

From Monday to Friday, I wake up at 6:30

De segunda a sexta, eu acordo às 6:30

but I usually hit the snooze button a few times!

Right after I get up, I drink a big glass of water

and go to the bathroom.

I like to wash my face to help me wake up.

Then I put on some exercise clothes, because I like to do a home workout in my living room.

A bit of exercise in the morning always helps me to get motivated for the day.

After I finish, I go back to the bathroom to shave and shower.

Then I have my breakfast in the kitchen.

Some days I have bacon and eggs, though I often have something lighter,

I start work at 8:00, and I work from home at the moment,

I work until 5 pm.

Sometimes I lose track of time, so I set an alarm

to make sure I take regular breaks throughout the day.

When my alarm goes off, I stand up, stretch,

I make enough food to have leftovers for the next day’s lunch.

I like to prepare different dishes, so it usually takes me about an hour.

While I cook, I listen to some music

or chat with my parents and friends,

then I eat dinner around 6 o’clock.

After dinner, I love going for a walk around my neighbourhood.

so I might read a book, watch TV or even play some video games.

I’m usually in bed by 10 o’clock,

and I often write about my day in my journal before I turn out the light.

It never takes me very long to fall asleep.

I like to stay in some weekends as well.

When I do, I always order pizza and watch my favourite tv show for hours.
